I
am the Managing Director of Property Repair
Ltd. I
formed this Company in 2004. It's function is
to provide a Superior Service to Insurance Claimants and Private Clients
throughout Edinburgh & Surrounding Areas. I now manage a Large Team of
Experienced Individuals who are 100% committed to 'Ensuring Customer
Satisfaction'.
Before starting up Property Repair Ltd, I worked as
a Restoration Specialist for a small/medium sized building company in
Edinburgh. During my time there I was involved in the restoration
of hundreds of properties across Scotland, most memorably in Elgin around
1997/98. I gained a vast amount
of experience and knowledge of the Insurance Repair Industry from the Management &
Trade Professionals around me.
From looking at
the competition it was clear that there wasn't many, in Central Scotland
anyway, offering Quality
Workmanship and Excellent Service. I decided to invest in my belief
and shortly afterwards started up Property
Repair.
My
intention was to provide a higher level of service than our more expensive
competitors, at a reasonable price. Since then due to the Hard Work &
Determination of all of my staff, Property Repair Ltd has grown and is
continuing to grow faster than any of our nearest competitors. I feel that this is
mainly down
to our Outstanding Level of Service & Workmanship which ensures that
our clients and policyholders return to us again and again.
I am extremely proud of my company and my team. We now have offices
in Edinburgh, and most recently (November 2009) we
have opened up in Aberdeen.
Property Repair Ltd have developed an excellent reputation for Quality
Workmanship and Customer Care amongst Private Clients, Insurance
Companies, Insurance Policy Holders & Loss Adjusters
alike.
We
appreciate the importance of Customer
